Control Plane

Privacy policy.

Control Plane connects your devices to an environment you choose. This policy explains where information goes when you use it.

Last updated September 23, 2026

Scope

This policy covers Lucive Control Plane and this website. An environment is a computer or server running Control Plane and the coding agents configured on it. Operators of environments, AI providers, and other services you connect have their own privacy practices.

Connections and content

When you connect to an environment, Control Plane exchanges information needed to operate that connection. Messages, selected attachments, project information, and actions you submit are sent to that environment. The environment may store conversation history and files and send content to the AI providers and other services configured there.

Review the operator, services, and permissions of an environment before connecting or submitting sensitive information. Data sent to an environment or provider is governed by that operator's policies and settings.

Information on your device

The app stores connection details and application state on your device. Sensitive connection credentials use operating system secure storage. The connected environment separately controls its history and files. Removing the app or a saved connection does not necessarily delete information held by an environment or AI provider.

Device permissions

Features may request local network access, camera access to scan pairing codes, microphone access for voice input, or permission to save images to your photo library. You can select photos and files to attach to messages. Selected attachments are sent to the environment when submitted.

On supported iPhones, voice input passes locally recorded audio to Apple's native transcription functionality. You can then submit the resulting text. Apple's handling of this functionality is subject to its policies and your device settings. Manage permissions in iOS Settings.

Environment usage telemetry

The Control Plane server can send product usage events to PostHog, associated with a hashed account or installation identifier. Telemetry is enabled by default and can include the provider, model, reasoning effort, permission mode, turn result, duration, and main-agent token totals. These events do not include prompts, responses, file contents, authentication tokens, or conversation IDs.

The environment operator can disable this telemetry by setting T3CODE_TELEMETRY_ENABLED=false before starting the server. Your environment operator controls that setting.

Website and service providers

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our website host, Vercel, processes connection information such as IP addresses and requested URLs to deliver and protect the site. Services you choose to connect, including AI providers and networking services, may process information in other countries under their own policies.

Support and privacy requests

When you email support, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond and resolve your request. We retain support correspondence as needed to address requests and related obligations. Do not send passwords, API keys, pairing tokens, or unnecessary private project content.

Contact support@lucive.app to ask questions or request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided to Lucive. We may need to verify your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to contact a data protection authority.

For information held by an environment or AI provider, contact that operator directly. Retention of project files, conversations, and provider requests depends on the environment and services you use.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page as Control Plane and its services change and revise the date above. Contact support@lucive.app with questions about this policy.
